Standard Return Policy
You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date you purchased it.
To return an item, the item must be new, unaltered, undamaged and in its original packaging including all the accessories and cables.
Purchases can be exchanged for the another item(s), or a refund. Please read carefully our Overall Return
Guidelines policy for additional information on restocking fee.
Overall Return Guidelines
These are Revolux’s Overall Return Guidelines applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the Revolux website. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.
If you complete a purchase and wish to cancel it, contact the Revolux RMA Department at [email protected].
If your item has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and your full
purchase price including shipping will be refunded.
If the order has already shipped, you will need to return the package to us in accordance with our return policy.
All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Before returning a product, please, first
contact Revolux customer service and obtain a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number before the end of the applicable return period. Revolux will not accept returns without a RMA number.

You must ship the product to Revolux within 5 days of the date that Revolux issues the Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) and follow these steps:
– Ship back all products you are seeking to return to Revolux and for which you
received a RMA number. For partial returns, your credit may be less than the invoice or individual component price due to bundled or promotional pricing or any unadvertised discounts or concessions.
– To return an item, the item must be new,
unaltered, undamaged and in its original packaging including all the accessories, cables, media, documentation and any other items that were included in your original shipment.
– Ship the products at your expense, and insure the shipment or
accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
The buyer will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Purchases can be exchanged for another item(s), or a refund. Shipping will not be refundable on cancellations where the order has already been shipped.
Upon receipt of your return, Revolux will issue a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling, and any applicable restocking fees subject to this policy.
Note: Before you return the product to Revolux,
make sure to back up any data on the hard drive(s) and on any other storage device in the product. Remove any and all confidential, proprietary and personal information as well as removable media such as flash drives, CDs and PC Cards. Revolux
is not responsible for any confidential, proprietary or personal information; lost or corrupted data; or damaged or lost removable media that may be included with your return.
Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Revolux error, Revolux may charge a restocking fee of up to 5% of the purchase price paid, plus any applicable sales tax.
Promotional Items: If you return a purchased item that qualified you for a discount, promotional item or promotional card (for example, discounts for bulk purchases) and either (i) do not also return the discounted or promotional item or (ii)
have already redeemed the promotional card, Revolux may deduct the value of the discount, promotional item or redeemed card from any refund you receive for the return of the purchased item.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request. Refunds will only be issued to the original
payment method that you use when placing your order.
The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will
be posted to your account.
If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
Please note that a different return/exchange policy may apply to in-store purchases.
Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund or exchange and an email notification will be sent once the return/exchange has been processed.
We recommend that you ship return merchandise via UPS with tracking, signature confirmation and that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Revolux will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation
in the event that return/exchange packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
